We accept and welcome transfers from individuals.
Individual shipments must include a copy of the sender's driver's license, phone number, and purchaser's contact information. No exceptions.
Transfers must be picked up by the individual listed on the transfer paperwork. No exceptions.
Storage & Abandonment Policy
Transfers must be picked up within one week of the pickup notification. If you need more time, contact us to make special arrangements.
After 14 days, a storage fee of $10 per week, per item will apply, up to 90 days or $110 in total storage fees.
After 90 days, unclaimed items will be considered abandoned. They will be consigned at market value, priced at our discretion.
If a consigned firearm is sold due to abandonment, we will issue payment via check or cash. If not collected by year-end, a check will be mailed to the address on file.
Denied Transfers & Returns
If you are denied via NICS or choose not to complete the transfer, the $30 transfer fee still applies.
You are responsible for arranging the return of the firearm to the seller. You may provide a prepaid shipping label, or we can handle shipping at current carrier rates.
If you appeal a NICS denial and provide proof of appeal, we will hold the firearm free of charge for up to six months while awaiting the final decision.
If no response is received within six months, the firearm will be consigned per the above policy.
